Welcome to FuzzyWay, we are a registered company & follow all necessary parameters to ensure the wellbeing & healthiness of each and every Canine on board with us.

 We would like to bring to your notice that none of the pets are physically or mentally harmed. During the training session, if any dog gets injured such as cuts, bites, sprains, immediate medical attention will be provided to it and we will keep the owners informed about the same. Any biological or genetic medical issues such as seizures, hormonal deficiency, growth issues, or any other medical deficiency are not covered.  In case you come across / heard of any instance of animal/dog abuse at our facility, do write to us or contact the authority immediately and we ensure to take all necessary actions to ensure your pet's safety & healthiness during their stay with us.

1. ​Joining formalities should be done at least 1 week before the admission date.

2. All complaints will be considered only in writing via email or WhatsApp

3. Canine medical record mandatory (complete vaccination cycle of 7 in 1, anti-rabies, kennel cough & anti-tick shots should be given one week before joining date)

4. Owners Aadhaar card hard copy had to attach along with the admission form (mandatory)

5. Kindly attend the Canine report & counselling session. Failure to attend, FuzzyWay does not take any responsibility if parents are unable to handle the dog post-training

6. No complaints will be entertained post completion of the course. All particular training needs to be discussed during the course only

7. Behaviour cases dog will be evaluated by our behaviourist first and accordingly, the tenure & other strategies will be decided

 

Under Home Training:

1. Expected joining should be from the first week of the month

2. Puppy / Dog should be through with all vaccination and good in health

3. All treats and tools to be provided by the client along with a suitable place to train

4. Payments to be made via Post-dated cheque at the beginning of the month and clearance date to be exact one month from the joining date

5. Any delay in payment will lead to the discontinuation of the training till the payment is cleared

6. First month fee to be paid as post-dated cheque dated for the following month

7. Any discontinuation need to happen within one week from the joining date, any cancellation /discontinuation post one week class will attract full month compensation

8. All discounted offer attracts monthly advance payment

9. GST is applicable as per govt rules (see the billing details for more info)

 

Board & Train program:

1. Owner loses custody of its dog/ puppy if:

• Puppy /dog is not collected by the respective owner from our facility as per Exit schedule date (post grace period of 7 days by making full payment clearance including grace period of boarding fee)

• Payments (cheque / online /cash) gets dishonoured / delay by more than one month from due date.

• Under such situation FuzzyWay is authorized to take full custody of the puppy / Dog and shall consider either of the options (self-raise, sell, or put for adoption without the consent of the original owner)

1. All Payments to be done in advance via bank transfer or PDC. No part payments or delays will be encouraged. Any dishonouring of cheque or delay in payment for more than one month (refer to clause 5). Late payment fee charges are as applicable at 5% on the due payment fee. 

2. Any delay in payments or dishonour of cheque will lead to immediate suspension of training & will resume post-payment clearance. Post completion of the training, if the pet continues its stay with us then it will be considered as regular boarding with then applicable boarding charges

3. All joining dates are subjected to the availability of kennels.

4. GST is applicable upon the course fee kindly ask for e-receipt.

5. Food as per mentioned in the admission form

6. All medical expenses if any have to be bared by the owner. In case of an emergency, we shall inform the owner and give the necessary medication to the pet. Expenses toward it will be communicated

7. Canine basic bathing is only covered under the course fee

8. We ensure the healthiness of all canine & ensure their wellbeing. Every kennel is cleaned with kennel cleaner only

9. We appoint only professional trainers/handlers & caretakers to ensure the safety of every pet on board

10. We do not work on potty training, kindly do not reach us out for it and no complains will be entertained towards the same

11. Pet’s will neither be accepted nor delivered in absence of Mr. Praveen Annubhukta

12. We restrict pet owners to enter the facility in the absence of the management team

13. Photo and videos of any dog will not be shared with unregistered nos

14. To discontinue, do write to us at aprince18@fuzzy-way.in with necessary reasoning and can collect their pet upon approval

15. While collecting the pet from our facility, kindly check your pet thoroughly and any concerns / issues kindly intimate immediately. We are not responsible for any complains one puppy leaves our facility. Do collect all necessary information before taking the pet back home towards its training and handling. Make yourself 100% comfortable before leaving our facility. No complains shall be considered once the puppy makes it exit from the facility.
